MM-3M-R Rotary stage has a 1-inch diameter table and unlimited travel. It is ideal for applications that
require high resolution and a lighter load. The MM-3M-R uses a 10mm servo motor with gearhead ratios
from 16:1 to 1024:1 and a worm ratio of 80:1.
The MM-3M-RA offers ultra-low axial wobble down to 2 arc-sec. for lighter
loads.
The MM-4M-R offers ultra-low axial/angular runout a multifaceted connection
interface and an anti-backlash worm drive system. It uses a 13mm servo motor with gearhead ratios from
3.71:1 to 5,647:1 and a worm ratio of 90:1.
